Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EveryProposal website and services operated by EveryProposal, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access our services.

Services Description

EveryProposal provides professional proposal planning services in romantic destinations worldwide, including but not limited to:

• Professional photography and videography
• Romantic setup and decoration
• Location scouting and coordination
• Event planning and surprise coordination
• Vendor management and coordination

Booking and Payment

Booking Process

To book our services, you must:

• Submit an inquiry through our website
• Participate in a consultation call
• Review and approve the proposal plan
• Sign the service agreement
• Pay the required deposit

Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date
• All payments are processed in Euros (€)
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers

Pricing

Prices for our packages are as advertised on our website. Custom quotes may be provided for special requests. All prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect existing bookings.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client Cancellations

• More than 30 days before event: Full refund minus €100 administrative fee
• 15-30 days before event: 50% refund of total amount paid
• 7-14 days before event: 25% refund of total amount paid
• Less than 7 days before event: No refund

Company Cancellations

If we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), we will provide a full refund or work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

Weather Policy

For outdoor events affected by weather, we will work with you to either reschedule or adapt the plan for indoor alternatives. No refunds are provided for weather-related changes.

Intellectual Property Rights

Photography and Videography

All photos and videos taken during your event are delivered to you with full personal use rights. However:

• We retain the copyright to all images and videos
• We may use photos/videos for our portfolio and marketing (unless you opt out)
• Commercial use of images requires separate licensing

Website Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of EveryProposal, Inc. and is protected by copyright laws.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Obtain necessary permissions for your chosen location
• Arrive on time for your scheduled event
• Treat all vendors and staff with respect
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• EveryProposal, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services
• We are not responsible for the actions of third-party vendors
• We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EveryProposal, Inc., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
